Step 1: Charge vFit for 12 hours
Step 2: Download the Joylux App on Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 3: To help with insertion, we recommend using water-based lubricant for comfort.
Step 4: Insert vFit into the vagina until the light window is completely inside.
Step 5: Turn on device, choose your light mode and use for 8-12 minutes every other day.
