Shipping Policy

Once you place your order, it’ll process within 1−3 business day. From there we’ll ship it out and send you your tracking number once it’s on its way. Products are shipped in discreet packaging (a neutral toned mailer with no text on the outside).

Your package should arrive within 3-7 days when shipped to the continental United States. For deliveries to other regions of the world, shipping times may vary. You will be able to track your order with a tracking number.

In the case of delivery to Europe, customs authorities may charge additional fees.

In order to cancel your subscription, you will need to contact us — support@the.coach or via Profile => Support option in The Coach app. Canceling your subscription means you would no longer receive your monthly refill on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but once your credit card has been charged, you will receive that month’s shipment. If you have any questions, email us — support@the.coach
